學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)是(shi)人才(cai)(cai)步(bu)入(ru)社會(hui)前極為關鍵(jian)的學(xue)(xue)習載體,廣(guang)西路(lu)建(jian)集團特別注重(zhong)校(xiao)企人才(cai)(cai)培養(yang)聯動(dong),在(zai)部分院校(xiao)陸續(xu)(xu)開展了“企業課(ke)堂”“名師講(jiang)堂”“科普(pu)校(xiao)園”等人才(cai)(cai)培養(yang)形式,陸續(xu)(xu)在(zai)桂(gui)林理(li)工大(da)學(xue)(xue)、廣(guang)西交通職業技術學(xue)(xue)院建(jian)立了校(xiao)企合作關系,成(cheng)立了“路(lu)建(jian)學(xue)(xue)徒(tu)班”,派廣(guang)西路(lu)建(jian)集團資(zi)深專家到(dao)“路(lu)建(jian)班”現場授課(ke),安排“路(lu)建(jian)班”學(xue)(xue)員到(dao)集團公司實習,推(tui)動了(le)(le)人(ren)才的交流互動和(he)共同培養。校(xiao)企聯合培養,為優秀學生(sheng)提前進(jin)入廣西路(lu)建集團提供了(le)(le)便捷通道,也讓廣西路(lu)建集團更好地吸納優秀學生(sheng)進(jin)入到新員(yuan)工隊伍,極大地夯實了(le)(le)人(ren)才來源根(gen)基(ji)。

導師帶徒,筑牢人才成長平臺
在每(mei)年(nian)新員工入(ru)職報到前,廣西路建集團就已經根據新員工的(de)專業特點和人才需求(qiu)制定(ding)了(le)《導(dao)師(shi)(shi)帶徒(tu)(tu)(tu)活動實施方(fang)(fang)案》,科學制定(ding)各崗位(wei)(wei)教學要點及(ji)教學計(ji)劃(hua),為(wei)每(mei)一位(wei)(wei)新員工安排業務能力強(qiang)的(de)導(dao)師(shi)(shi)進(jin)行(xing)為(wei)期(qi)1年(nian)的(de)傳幫帶活動,讓(rang)新員工迅速(su)成才。新員工入(ru)職培訓期(qi)間,師(shi)(shi)徒(tu)(tu)(tu)現場簽(qian)署《導(dao)師(shi)(shi)帶徒(tu)(tu)(tu)協議書》,領取導(dao)師(shi)(shi)帶徒(tu)(tu)(tu)學習(xi)筆記(ji)本、導(dao)師(shi)(shi)帶徒(tu)(tu)(tu)教學日(ri)記(ji)、導(dao)師(shi)(shi)帶徒(tu)(tu)(tu)考核(he)方(fang)(fang)案等學習(xi)材料,明確傳、幫、帶的(de)內(nei)容、時間、目標和要求(qiu)。通過每(mei)個(ge)季(ji)度開展的(de)“導(dao)師(shi)(shi)座談面對面”“員工大講(jiang)堂(tang)•比學趕幫(bang)超(chao)”“我(wo)進步(bu)我(wo)來說”等特色活動(dong),與(yu)各業務部(bu)門的專業性輪崗(gang)、輪點(dian)培訓,培養新員工動(dong)手能(neng)力(li)、現場組織(zhi)能(neng)力(li)、團(tuan)隊協作能(neng)力(li)等。
