《多固(gu)(gu)廢(fei)協同激發拜耳法(fa)赤(chi)泥(ni)(ni)規(gui)(gui)模(mo)化(hua)路(lu)(lu)用關鍵技術及應用示范》:圍繞(rao)廣西地區工(gong)業(ye)固(gu)(gu)廢(fei)赤(chi)泥(ni)(ni)資(zi)源化(hua)利(li)用和山區高(gao)填方路(lu)(lu)堤(di)穩定性(xing)兩大難題(ti),開(kai)展(zhan)工(gong)業(ye)固(gu)(gu)廢(fei)協同激發赤(chi)泥(ni)(ni)規(gui)(gui)模(mo)化(hua)路(lu)(lu)用關鍵技術研究,并將(jiang)其應用于山區高(gao)填方路(lu)(lu)基工(gong)程中,真正實(shi)現赤(chi)泥(ni)(ni)資(zi)源化(hua)、高(gao)值(zhi)化(hua)及規(gui)(gui)模(mo)化(hua)利(li)用。通過(guo)本項目(mu)的(de)研究,既可以實(shi)現大規(gui)(gui)模(mo)消(xiao)納、利(li)用赤(chi)泥(ni)(ni),消(xiao)除(chu)由(you)赤(chi)泥(ni)(ni)堆存帶來(lai)的(de)生態(tai)環(huan)境隱(yin)患,又(you)可以解決因傳統輕(qing)質材(cai)料中大量使(shi)用水泥(ni)(ni)帶來(lai)的(de)高(gao)污染(ran)、高(gao)能耗等問題(ti),具有極大的(de)社會及經濟效益(yi)。
《濱(bin)海(hai)(hai)地區機(ji)制砂海(hai)(hai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)耐久(jiu)性(xing)關鍵(jian)技(ji)術與(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)應(ying)用(yong)示(shi)范》:針對廣(guang)西濱(bin)海(hai)(hai)地區氯(lv)鹽環境下(xia)混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)結構劣化和耐久(jiu)性(xing)下(xia)降(jiang)的因素(su)及其影響機(ji)理,開(kai)展(zhan)不同巖(yan)性(xing)機(ji)制砂海(hai)(hai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)配制及施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)關鍵(jian)技(ji)術研(yan)究與(yu)(yu)應(ying)用(yong);得(de)到機(ji)制砂海(hai)(hai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)膠凝(ning)(ning)(ning)材(cai)材(cai)料體系設計與(yu)(yu)配制技(ji)術和機(ji)制砂海(hai)(hai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)混凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量控制標準(zhun)。通過該項目的研(yan)究、推廣(guang)和實(shi)施(shi),可顯著提高濱(bin)海(hai)(hai)海(hai)(hai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)結構受力(li)可靠性(xing)和耐久(jiu)性(xing),降(jiang)低(di)全生命(ming)周期材(cai)料用(yong)量和養護成本。預(yu)計年(nian)(nian)產量為40萬(wan)噸(dun),預(yu)計年(nian)(nian)新(xin)增(zeng)產值達到6000萬(wan)元(yuan)左右,年(nian)(nian)直接經濟(ji)效益2000萬(wan)元(yuan)。
《軟基高地(di)下(xia)水位跨黎欽(qin)鐵(tie)路(lu)260m鋼(gang)管混凝土拱整體(ti)(ti)提(ti)升(sheng)關鍵施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術與(yu)工(gong)(gong)程應(ying)用》:為保證南寧-湛江公路(lu)黎欽(qin)鐵(tie)路(lu)跨線橋的(de)順利施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),開展泥質粉(fen)砂巖、高地(di)下(xia)水位的(de)沉井基礎的(de)快(kuai)速施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)(ji)術研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu);標準化H型鋼(gang)塔架的(de)設計、加工(gong)(gong)及安裝(zhuang)的(de)技(ji)(ji)術研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu);標準化H型鋼(gang)少支架結構(gou)、低(di)位高精度立(li)體(ti)(ti)拼(pin)裝(zhuang)技(ji)(ji)術;鋼(gang)管拱肋(lei)的(de)整體(ti)(ti)提(ti)升(sheng)及其(qi)(qi)內力、應(ying)變控(kong)制技(ji)(ji)術研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)和應(ying)用。本(ben)項目研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)大噸位鋼(gang)管混凝土拱橋整體(ti)(ti)提(ti)升(sheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)過程中的(de)關鍵問題,與(yu)纜索吊裝(zhuang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方(fang)法相比(bi)可降低(di)10-20%的(de)臨時措(cuo)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)費;其(qi)(qi)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)成果對于提(ti)升(sheng)廣西公路(lu)橋梁的(de)建設和科技(ji)(ji)創新水平具有重要意義(yi),將產生巨大的(de)技(ji)(ji)術帶動(dong)效應(ying)和經濟社(she)會效益。
此次(ci)以廣西(xi)路(lu)建(jian)(jian)集團7個項目(mu)獲廣西(xi)交通運輸廳(ting)重點科技項目(mu)立項,證明廣西(xi)路(lu)建(jian)(jian)集團科技實(shi)力已不斷增強(qiang),科研(yan)能力得到了業界的(de)認(ren)可,為廣西(xi)路(lu)建(jian)(jian)集團進(jin)一步(bu)申報(bao)更(geng)多的(de)科技項目(mu)奠定了堅強(qiang)基礎。
