葉芳指(zhi)出(chu)(chu),為幫助(zhu)航(hang)(hang)務公(gong)司(si)盡快扭轉改制初(chu)期困難局面,集團公(gong)司(si)黨委堅(jian)持(chi)新時(shi)代黨的建(jian)(jian)設總要求(qiu),把黨建(jian)(jian)工(gong)作深度融合到轉企(qi)改制各(ge)項改革工(gong)作中去。僅僅兩(liang)年時(shi)間,為航(hang)(hang)務公(gong)司(si)開辟出(chu)(chu)一條港航(hang)(hang)建(jian)(jian)設、路橋建(jian)(jian)設、土地整(zheng)治(zhi)“多元一體”的(de)(de)發展新(xin)路,年施工生產能力由(you)原來不足2億元飛速提升(sheng)至30億元,利潤總額增(zeng)長13倍。2022年,航(hang)務(wu)公(gong)司改(gai)(gai)革(ge)成(cheng)效突出,被列為北投集團三級企(qi)業(ye)綜(zong)合(he)改(gai)(gai)革(ge)試(shi)點。2023年,航(hang)務(wu)公(gong)司改(gai)(gai)革(ge)實踐獲評第十九(jiu)屆全國(guo)交通企(qi)業(ye)管理(li)現代(dai)化(hua)創新(xin)成(cheng)果二等獎,同時改(gai)(gai)革(ge)成(cheng)果得到自(zi)治區國(guo)資(zi)委和《廣西日報》的(de)(de)專題報道(dao)。
